END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

CR8 Card Printing Software


CR8 Card Printing Software version 5.1 is Copyright ©2004-2021 CR8 Software Solutions ("Software Publisher"). This End User License Agreement accompanies the CR8 Card Printing Software product and related explanatory materials ("Software"). The term "Software" also shall include any upgrades, modified versions or updates of the Software licensed to you by the Software Publisher. The FeeImage graphics library (FreeImage.dll) is covered by a seperate licence contained in the install directory. The Software Publisher grants to you a nonexclusive license to use the Software, provided that you agree to the following:

1. USE OF THE SOFTWARE

DEMO VERSION: You may use the evaluation version of the Software product either on a standalone computer or on a network for the purposes of evaluating the Software only. You may not use the evaluation version of the Software for any commercial purpose or for the purpose of any financial gain. It is in your best interest to confirm that the functions that you require work on your system with the evaluation version before purchasing the full registered version.

FULL VERSION: You may install one instance of the Software product either on a standalone computer or on a network for the purpose of production (printing cards). You may install the Software on additional machines, provided they are not used for production.

2. FREE UPDATES

The free updates available to registered full version users include minor updates, extra features and bug fixes that are released from time to time. It does not include major version upgrades.

3. COPYRIGHT

The Software is copyright of the Software Publisher. You may not copy, sell or redistribute the Software without a written agreement with the Software Publisher. This Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Software.

4. RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software. You may not alter or modify the installer program or create a new installer for the Software.

5. LIMITED WARRANTY

The Software is being delivered to you AS IS and the Software Publisher makes no warranty as to its use or performance. THE SOFTWARE PUBLISHER DOES NOT AND CANNOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN BY USING THE SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION. THE SOFTWARE PUBLISHER MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL THE SOFTWARE PUBLISHER BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, EVEN IF THE SOFTWARE PUBLISHER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
